Shortlets on RentRight
For RentRight landlords and tenants who host. Share your listing, answer guests, accept or decline booking requests, and keep the calendar and turnovers in check, right beside your rentals.
Uses your existing RentRight account.

01 A stay, start to finish
Add the nightly rate, photos, check-in and check-out times and house rules. Each listing has its own public page you can share.

Guests ask questions or send a booking request from your listing’s page, without creating an account. You reply and review each request in RentRight.

Dates, guest details, the next step and the nightly-rate breakdown are kept together on each booking.

One calendar shows confirmed stays, stays awaiting payment, requests and dates you have blocked, for every listing.

02 Built for hosting
The parts of hosting that usually live in chats, notebooks and memory, kept with each listing.
Guests send a booking request from your listing’s page. Nothing goes ahead until you review it.
Each published listing has its own page. Send the link wherever your guests find you.
See confirmed stays, stays awaiting payment, requests and blocked dates together.
A turnover follows every check-out. Mark it ready when the place is.
Guests ask questions or send a request with just their name, email and phone.
Shortlets sits beside your rentals without changing them. Turn it off and your listings, bookings and messages are kept.
